Our Story

Hi, I'm the founder. I'm 14.

This started because I had a problem.

I kept buying squishies online. Some were perfect — soft, slow-rebound, that exactly right level of squish. Others felt like sad little erasers in a $9 polybag with no story, no name, no soul.

I got tired of guessing. So I started keeping a notebook. I'd unbox every new arrival, write down its texture, its weight, the exact way it bounced back. After about 80 squishies my parents asked if I was OK.

I told them I wanted to start a brand. They thought it was a phase.

(They were wrong.)

What this place is

easewell is a tiny shop where every squishy is auditioned by me first. Texture, weight, bounce, color, and most importantly — the feeling it gives you when you hold it during a hard day.

We don't carry "everything." We carry the ones I'd actually keep.

Each one gets a name, a birthday, and a personality. Because if you're going to live on someone's desk for a year, you should at least introduce yourself.

Who's behind this

  • Me — picking, naming, photographing, filming, generally being unhinged about texture.
  • My parents — the grown-up paperwork, shipping, taxes, and stopping me from buying yet another polymer experiment.

That's the whole team. We're small. We like it that way.

What we believe

  1. A $4 squishy from a TikTok ad and a hand-picked one are not the same thing. Even if they look identical in photos.
  2. Texture is everything. A squishy that doesn't feel right is just a sad piece of foam.
  3. Stuff you love every day deserves a story. Even a tiny rice ball that lives on your desk.
  4. Stress is real, especially in 9th grade. Sometimes a perfect squish is genuinely all you need.

What you won't find here

  • Anything labeled "for children" — we make this for teens and adults who appreciate softness, not toys.
  • Random factory stock with no information about what's inside.
  • Pressure tactics, fake countdowns, or "buy now or lose forever" stuff.

The road ahead

We're tiny. We're going to grow slowly on purpose. Each new squishy I bring in has to clear my texture audit (sorry, I know that's annoying).

If you want to follow along — the messy parts, the new arrivals, the occasional 14-year-old rant about polymer hardness — TikTok is where it lives.

Thanks for being here.
